Using Autodesk Autocad for main layout work and Autodesk Inventor for 3D Modeling, 3D Studio Max for FBX conversions and Blender for UV and Lightmp creation, and export to Unreal Engine 4.16 Via FBX format. I am still learning this stuff, but here is what I have so far.

Nice. It is nice to hear of different workflows and software being used.
Thanks. Lighting and lightmaps where the toughest part. Most of these models I created to scale using my tape measure running around our office.
Hey Asquires,
you can use this script http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/steamroller and it will unwrap and create light maps for all of your objects at once. It doesn't always make "the best" lightmaps ever but it does a pretty good job of it and it makes your process go 200% faster in my experience. If you use that it will also reduce the amount of softwares you are using to produce your work.
I like Blenders capability to create UVs and Lightmaps pretty easy. Just import the .stl file, do my cleanup works, and materials and export as .fbx. I do use 3DS Max, I go back and forth with it. Blender is free and works well on my mac.
This is the conference room. Only thing I did not model where the chairs
