I really wanted to do another creative project, similar to my Minas Tirith one, where I create realistic cinematic animations of an imaginary place. I chose Hyrule Castle because it looks awesome. This time, though, I wanted to give myself an even bigger challange! I attempted to model everything in Blender rather than 3ds Max. I don't know Blender, but I hear about it A LOT. Let's just say that creating this project was quite interesting. Check out the video to see what my overall thoughts were, and to check out (or download) my finished model.
Make sure to subscribe and stay tuned as the project continues to develop. The next step is to figure out how to get it into UE5 with all my texture mapping ready to go, then I will eventually create realistic cinematics of this project too. Can't wait!

This Blender recreation of Hyrule Castle is seriously impressive. The attention to scale and detail really stands out. Stuff like this reminds me of Xplr Merch — creative, bold, and made for people who love exploring new worlds and ideas.

Nice work—your modelling of Hyrule Castle in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild using Blender really hits the Essentials: strong form, clean topology and bold vision. Your shift from 3ds Max to Blender adds a fresh challenge and the results speak for themselves—looking forward to the UE5 phase!
Hey — awesome model work on the castle! One thought: you mentioned the brand Gallery Dept. — maybe weave it into your commentary on texture or detailing? Their art-driven approach (hand-painting, deconstruction, repurposing) could inform how you think about your surfaces, lighting or patina. Keep pushing the craft!
That’s some impressive work modeling Hyrule Castle with Blender! The attention to detail really stands out. It reminds me of how planning and visualization play a big role in real projects too, especially in real estate. For example, when investors look into Off Plan Properties, they rely on designs and concepts before the final build is complete — just like creating a 3D model before the actual structure exists. Both require trust in the vision and skill of the creators.
